Where do I find my settlements/sales reports

Users with access to sales reports will find the quarterly reports on the Sales Reports on the left hand side bar menu. Here your listed sales reports can be downloaded as excel spreadsheets.

When will I get paid

You will find the payment date specified on the invoice tab in the sales report. If you need to invoice Storytel it is specified in your sales report.

How do I update my bank account details

Should you wish to update your bank account details, kindly forward your new information directly to publisher.support@storytel.com.

Can I have my report more frequently

Our business model currently supports reports on a quarterly basis.

What is the country column in my report

The country column displays the 2 letter ISO country code for the localized Storytel service, each a geographical territory, country or market.

What is the pool column in my report

As Storytel offers different access plans, subscription revenue is collated into different pools to calculate the net receipt per hour. These will be set up as either:

a single pool per geographical territory, country or market or divided into multiple pools based on access plans.
