What are tags?

Tags are additional keywords that describe the content and inspire Storytel users. Relevant tags can significantly improve content’s visibility and increase both bookshelvings and consumption. 

How to add tags in the portal

To enhance metadata and reduce errors, we have introduced mapping between thema codes and Storytel-tags. 

By selecting 3-7 relevant thema codes, the system will automatically generate corresponding tags for your title, which in turn will improve discoverability and simplifying the tagging process.

For example if you add the thema code FYL Fiction: gothic it will get the corresponding tag: Gothic literature.
