When changing how you deliver your content to Storytel, please note that our system can only accept delivery from one source per ISBN at any given time. To ensure a smooth transition without any delivery issues, please reach out to us before you make any changes to the current delivery set up. 

Please reach out to publisher.support@storytel.com if you are planning to:

• Switch from one distributor or aggregator to another

• Transition from uploading through the Publisher Portal to using a distributor or an aggregator instead. 

  Note: Moving to an aggregator requires you to terminate your distribution agreement with Storytel and sign with your preferred aggregator to deliver content under their terms.
